Terms of Service

By engaging Advanced Hub Solutions ("AHS") for any service, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all proposals, statements of work and ongoing engagements unless explicitly overridden in writing.

Scope of Work

Each project is governed by a written proposal or statement of work outlining deliverables, timeline and price. Changes to scope may affect price and timeline and will be agreed in writing.

Payment

Unless stated otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining balance on delivery. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance.

Ownership

On final payment, all custom design and code assets we produce for you are transferred to you with full ownership, excluding third-party libraries and pre-existing AHS tooling.

Warranty & Support

Every project ships with 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support after launch. Ongoing support is available via monthly care plans.

Liability

AHS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
